Event Information

Hotel Options: A small block of rooms is reserved for us at Stoney Creek at $109/night. You will need to contact the hotel directly (101 18th Street, Moline, IL 61265, 309-743-0101). There’s a Radisson Hotel nearby as well as several motels near the SouthPark mall and the QC airport.

Friday Activities: NEW!  Golf Outing  – Several tee-times at TPC at 9:30 am for $85. Contact John Katherman at johndar2@mchsi.com for details

Ice cream at Lagomarcino’s (1422 5th Avenue, Moline, IL 61265), 1 - 3 pm. It’s a short walk (3 blocks) to see the John Deere Pavilion. (Contact Jeff Johnson jeffjohnson@cox.net)

Mixer at the Viking Club of Moline (1450 41st Street, Moline), 6:30 pm to midnight. You will find hors d’oeuvres and cash bar, $9.00/person in advance or $10.00/person at the door. (We would prefer you pay in advance so that there is plenty of food on hand.)

Tour of MHS – 9 am. Meet at the main entrance by the "M." Free. (Contact: Cheryl Anderson Lehew, calcwl@icloud.com)

Picnic at Browning Field Park, 12 - ?. Grab a Maid-Rite or Happy Joe’s slice just across the street. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. Reconnect with friends from grade school as well as MHS. Whitey’s is just half a block away, too. (Contact: Tom Ahlstrand, tappo22@earthlink.net )

Fall Foliage Celebration Belle river lunch cruise, 11 am – 3 pm. Advanced reservations are required (www.celebrationbelle.com), $61.95. Cruise leaves from 2501 River Drive, Moline. Yes, they have ice cream too.

Dinner at Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center (101 18th Street, Moline, IL 61265), 6 pm to midnight. Buffet dinner, cash bar, program and DJ, $49.00/person in advance. Same night tickets will only be available if there are any cancellations.

Sunday Activity: Brunch at the Conservancy Lodge (4800 Flora Drive, Milan), 9 am to noon. Hosted by Joyce McMinn Strach and Cheryl Anderson Lehew (calcwl@icloud.com ) . Complimentary.

Reservation deadline: September 18, 2015

Easy Reunion Book Submission: Please take a few minutes to fill out a survey on the website. It includes a few questions to prompt you into telling about yourself as well as a place to add whatever you like. If you would rather write it out, please send your information to Jeff Johnson at jeffjohnson@cox.net or snailmail him at 5640 Circle View Drive, Bonsall, CA 92003.
