63, of Las Vegas born Oct. 16, 1946 passed away Feb. 27, 2010. He was born in Moline and graduated from Moline High School in 1965. He lived in Davenport and worked as a painter for Scott Decorating. In 1983 he moved to Colorado. In 1991 he studied fiber optics in Cal. He married Victoria in Las Vegas in 1995.
He is survived by his wife, children Tamara and Duane and a grandchild Mathew, two step children Heather her husband and son and Travis; brothers Robert Jr. (Linda) Neff of Milan; Lewis “Bill” (Sue) Neff of Fort Worth, Texas and their children.
