Oh my gosh, another one of my wonderful Irving Grade School class mates has passed away. Like all of them he was a really good kid. I remember he was also in good athletic shape. We had a little competition that Mr McLaughlin set up, with one event being a timed run around the school, and I remember Russell beat me out for first place. I salute his military service to the country.Good bye my nice grade school friend Russell. RIP.
