Sam D. Johnson

From Moline High School, I went on to Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa where I graduated in May 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I majored in History and minored in Political Science.
In July 1970, I entered the U. S. Army and was separated from active duty in January 1972. I worked as a personnel specialist and I received an Honorable Discharge in July 1976.
I then attended Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago Kent College of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree.
I did my career in Illinois State government and retired from state government.
