The first day of kindergarten at Roosevelt, I came home and told my Mother that my boyfriend was Thor Larson. My Mother was quite amused. We were friends all through school, but he was never my boyfriend. His death was so tragic and senseless. He was a fabulous artist. He painted a beautiful picture of our oldest daughter Dawne, her face in blossom of a rose.
Thor was a good wrestler on the team in high school. Lots of fun . We lost Rick Almansa and Paul Marchant our 95 lb.er. What a shame to have them taken from us !
